Your Profile

The person we look for is eager to learn about this exciting new technology and to help us understand how to optimize the vehicle and fuel cell system together for best performance and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

One of our tasks is to develop functionality around the fuel cell that includes fuel cell control, the energy strategy on vehicle level, cooling system control and integration of break resistors. In addition to designing functionality, the work also includes tasks like vehicle operation support and optimisation of functionality in vehicle tests. You happily share your gained knowledge gain within the team, and you support the different projects we are involved in.
In the fuel cell area we strive after a close collaboration with other experts within the Traton group. So even if your closest colleagues in the office will work with different focus areas around the fuel cell, you will be part of an expert network in Sweden, Germany and the USA with regular meetings and exchange.

At Product chassis follow-up truck chassis we primarily work with field quality issues related to most of the truck chassis components and systems. Our goal is to improve the quality of our products at the fastest time possible for our customers while always considering the properties such as cost, weight and function of our components. We pride ourselves on being able to quickly adapt to our surroundings and work efficiently with all the systems/components which the Truck chassis require.
The task
You will be a key player and technically responsible in our active assignments led by either yourself or one of our assignment leaders in a cross-functional team which could remain active from months to years in order to find creative solutions which save cost while maintaining our premium quality.
In all of our assignments, the mission is to define the issue and goal, find the root cause issue, design, develop and implement a tested and verified solution. You will have the authority to act rapidly with full support when the assignment requires it. Due to the varied nature of the tasks you will quickly build a broad network of contacts both within Scania and with our suppliers.
Your profile

The role of Test Engineer

Who are you?
We believe that you have:
A university degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of electrical design and schematics
Experience with cable harness design
Understanding of product development process and product documentation
A sense of ownership of your work and autonomy when planning your tasks and tackling challenges
Experience of working with problems on both long term (strategic) and short term (tactical)
Proficiency in electrical circuit diagram design programs, especially Saber or Capital

Now we're looking for a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager Northern Europe for a global finance company that is making sustainable transportation a reality
About the position
We are looking for a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager for Northern Europe, who would like to contribute to an effective internal control environment at TRATON Financial Services entities. The Northern Europe Region is covering the Business Units Finans (Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Lituania, Latvia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark) and United Kingdom (Great Britain, Ireland).
As ICS Manager for the region, you will be part of the Central GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team and reporting both to the Governance and ICS Manager at Head office as well as the Regional Office. This role manages all ICS related activities for the Business Units at the region and has an active role on the implementation, maintenance and further development of the Internal Control Framework at TRATON Financial Services.
Your primary job assignment will be to:
Coordinate, facilitate and consolidate yearly risk assessments at Business Units based on the TFS risk profile and support the preparation of the annual control evaluation plan for the Region
Perform process walk-throughs, testing of key controls and facilitate self-assessments according to the annual control evaluation plan
Support management and process owners in the Business Units in design of new and updated controls
Full maintenance and update of ICS data in the ICS IT Tool (TICA): New controls mapping and controls updates, testing documentation, issues creation and remediation actions as well as issues closure, access management, and coordination with Head Office and TRATON where needed.
Follow up on control deficiencies and remediating actions at Business Units
Fulfil reporting requirements at Business Unit, Region and Head Office level
Assist management, process-control owners and control performers in controls design for risk mitigation as well as review and provide input on governing documents in connection with control requirements
Provide training on ICS at Business Units in the Region
Facilitate implementation of ICS in pending/new entities
Ensure compliance to local regulations on ICS
Active role on other ICS related projects and initiatives

Requirements
In this role, you will interact with people across TRATON Financial Services and the TRATON Group, therefore being able to communicate with all organisational levels effectively, being interested in people, building relationships and being responsive are important attributes.
It is crucial that you have big passion for continuous improvement, always looking for efficient and effective solutions for the best benefit of the business operations. You are able to analyse risks and understand control deficiencies, identify solutions and support sound decision making.
General competences:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
Experience from working on external auditing, internal audit or internal controls functions
Knowledge of the COSO framework and internal controls methodologies
Strong communication skills in English both written and oral, additional languages such as Swedish are a plus
Experience from multinational companies is a plus
Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Dina arbetsuppgifter  
Din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att utföra förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll på testutrusning. Som underhållstekniker kommer du arbeta med problemlösning och identifiera samt medverka till nödvändiga förbättringar på utrustningarna. Du kommer ansvara och medverka i bland annat:  

•    Utföra grundorsaksutredningar
•    Beredning av ordrar  
•    Rapportera i underhållssystem 
•    Medverka på tvärfuktionella möten 
Som underhållstekniker kommer du ha daglig kontakt med verksamheten. Du får ett arbete som är självständigt och omväxlande med varierande utmaningar. Du verkställer underhållsplanen samt arbetar med reaktivt underhållsarbete i samband med problem på maskiner och utrustning.  

Din profil 
Vi söker en lösningsorienterad, strukturerad, engagerad och ansvarstagande underhållstekniker med en god förmåga att samarbeta med andra. För att lyckas i rollen har du förmågan att jobba både självständigt och i grupp. Du ser inga hinder i att arbeta i ett högt tempo och ser problemlösning som en utmaning.

Vi ser också att du har: 
•    En teknisk utbildning, gymnasial eller högre 
•    Alternativt motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet 
•    Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skift
•    B-körkort är ett krav
•    Kunskap inom Styrsystem, så som Siemens, ABB m.m

In support of this shift, our Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC) in Södertälje, Bangalore, and Krakow is vital for managing our financial processes. We are seeking a dynamic Global Process Owner (GPO) to lead the automation and integration of our Accounts Payable processes with SAP S4HANA.


Are you up for a great challenge? Re-designing the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and supporting in the roll out of SAP S4HANA, you will as a sub-process lead, ensure that we have a modern, robust and future-proof process and system landscape for that flow, and that is a priority for Finance and end-to-end S2P process.


Responsibilities:
• Oversee and redesign the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process. • Drive the transition from semi-automated to fully automated AP processes.
• Develop and execute strategies for process automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and collaborate on process improvements and system integrations.
• Manage relationships across functions and geographies, standardizing systems and metrics.


Qualifications:


You should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a proactive drive for change, with an ability to identify and implement innovative solutions and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. We value candidates who can manage end-to-end processes and projects across functional, geographic, and business boundaries, and who possess great networking skills.


• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, D-365, and preferably VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration. • Proficient in data analysis tools such as QlikView, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
