However, we need to adapt our business to meet a more competitive landscape. To succeed in this journey, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our SW & System development team.
In this role, you will be a key player who leads the VCT "Bus Vehicle Functions & Services" so that it succeed in delivering customer value. The VCT develops and delivers bus unique systems, vehicle functions and services to meet the current and future demands of the complete bus and coach business.
The most important goal as a product manager is to deliver value to customers and the business. This overarching objective encompasses several key aspects:
Understanding Customer Needs: To deeply understand the needs, pain points, and preferences of our target customers.
Driving Product Innovation: To be responsible for driving product innovation and differentiation, meaning the PM (together with other key roles in the VCT) must continuously explore new ideas, technologies, and features that can enhance the product's value proposition and keep it ahead of the competition.
Maximizing ROI: to balance the investment in product development with the expected returns. This involves making strategic decisions about prioritizing features, allocating resources, and optimizing the product roadmap to maximize return on investment (ROI) for the business.
Ensuring Product Quality: To be responsible for ensuring that the product meets high-quality standards. This includes defining clear requirements, conducting thorough testing, and monitoring user feedback to identify and address any issues or bugs promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Product managers must collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support. By fostering strong communication and alignment across teams, product managers can ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals and delivering a cohesive product experience.


You will be a part of the management team together with the release train engineer (RTE), system architect and line managers.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.

Your day to day work
You will work closely with the development team, mainly ensuring they have a suitable amount of prepared work to do. Coordinate cloud migration tasks within OnPrem DataLake phaseout. Facilitate and own daily standups. Contact sources and consumers etc.
Identify activities that fall into the ownership of the Cloud Lake Squad
Identify blockers and create then as incidents. Prioritize those on need basis with cloud squad
Communications with Service Delivery Managers and Sister Group Mgrs – on sprint planning/achievements/priorities
Backlog maintenance and prioritization for cloud lake
Alignment on work for onprem squad. Take control of things coming in, estimating its business value and prioritizing for the squad.
Aligning and prioritizng activities for the dedicated support squad.
Provide necessary communications across Scania organizational domains.

The team
You will work closely together with a team of inspiring and engaged colleagues. We strive to be a diversified team in gender, age, ethnicity, experience level, etc. We work in an agile environment inspired by SAFe, Scaled Agile Framework.
Our main development task is to bring the best sensing solution to the market for autonomous driving in confined areas. The sensing solution delivers quality-assured data to the self-driving system. We are working with different sensor and antenna techniques such as radar, lidar, camera, GNSS, IMU as well as V2X. All our development is done in close cooperation with the teams for the computational platform, sensor fusion, and localization.

Your assignment
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team can effectively build high-quality solutions. This is done by supporting and coaching the team in processes, quality assurance, and agile practices. An important purpose of the role is also to work with continuous improvements and make sure that the team delivers on time. In your role, you will:


• Keep the team organized, on track, and focused on what matters together with Product Owner
• Coordinate communication cross-team and VCT.
• Clear obstacles and keep the team focused on agreed deliveries.

• You have worked with C++. Experience in embedded development is a strong merit. Experience in the automotive business and technologies like CAN is also a strong merit.

The section ”Chassis Layout and Installation” is responsible for the development and/or installation of components assembly on the chassis for trucks with conventional combustion engine and full electric vehicles.

Together, we aim to provide innovative solutions and the highest quality products to our customers.
Who are you?
We believe that you have:
A university degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of electrical design and schematics
Experience with cable harness design
Understanding of product development process and product documentation
A sense of ownership of your work and autonomy when planning your tasks and tackling challenges
Experience of working with problems on both long term (strategic) and short term (tactical)
Proficiency in electrical circuit diagram design programs, especially Saber or Capital

About the position
We are looking for a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager for Northern Europe, who would like to contribute to an effective internal control environment at TRATON Financial Services entities. The Northern Europe Region is covering the Business Units Finans (Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Lituania, Latvia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark) and United Kingdom (Great Britain, Ireland).
As ICS Manager for the region, you will be part of the Central GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team and reporting both to the Governance and ICS Manager at Head office as well as the Regional Office. This role manages all ICS related activities for the Business Units at the region and has an active role on the implementation, maintenance and further development of the Internal Control Framework at TRATON Financial Services.
Your primary job assignment will be to:
Coordinate, facilitate and consolidate yearly risk assessments at Business Units based on the TFS risk profile and support the preparation of the annual control evaluation plan for the Region
Perform process walk-throughs, testing of key controls and facilitate self-assessments according to the annual control evaluation plan
Support management and process owners in the Business Units in design of new and updated controls
Full maintenance and update of ICS data in the ICS IT Tool (TICA): New controls mapping and controls updates, testing documentation, issues creation and remediation actions as well as issues closure, access management, and coordination with Head Office and TRATON where needed.
Follow up on control deficiencies and remediating actions at Business Units
Fulfil reporting requirements at Business Unit, Region and Head Office level
Assist management, process-control owners and control performers in controls design for risk mitigation as well as review and provide input on governing documents in connection with control requirements
Provide training on ICS at Business Units in the Region
Facilitate implementation of ICS in pending/new entities
Ensure compliance to local regulations on ICS
Active role on other ICS related projects and initiatives

Requirements
In this role, you will interact with people across TRATON Financial Services and the TRATON Group, therefore being able to communicate with all organisational levels effectively, being interested in people, building relationships and being responsive are important attributes.
It is crucial that you have big passion for continuous improvement, always looking for efficient and effective solutions for the best benefit of the business operations. You are able to analyse risks and understand control deficiencies, identify solutions and support sound decision making.
General competences:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
Experience from working on external auditing, internal audit or internal controls functions
Knowledge of the COSO framework and internal controls methodologies
Strong communication skills in English both written and oral, additional languages such as Swedish are a plus
Experience from multinational companies is a plus
Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Re-designing the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and supporting in the roll out of SAP S4HANA, you will as a sub-process lead, ensure that we have a modern, robust and future-proof process and system landscape for that flow, and that is a priority for Finance and end-to-end S2P process.


Responsibilities:
• Oversee and redesign the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process. • Drive the transition from semi-automated to fully automated AP processes.
• Develop and execute strategies for process automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and collaborate on process improvements and system integrations.
• Manage relationships across functions and geographies, standardizing systems and metrics.


Qualifications:

We value candidates who can manage end-to-end processes and projects across functional, geographic, and business boundaries, and who possess great networking skills.
